FIRE FEASTING MENU

Born from our founder’s love of both Italian food and fire cooking, Grigliata by The Little Pasta Company offers a delicious menu with dishes cooked over fire and served on sharing platters for our couples to enjoy the Italian way with their loved ones. 

We focus on utilising seasonal and locally sourced produce where possible in order to offer a truly delicious experience. All of our food is cooked over fire on our BBQ fire cage which adds a wonderful sense of theatre to the occasion for guests to see and smell!

Canapés

The perfect way to start your reception with delicious, Italian inspired 

bite sized nibbles to enjoy with a few drinks. Made using locally sourced 
ingredients wherever possible.

Traditional Antipasti – Sharing Boards
Selection of Prosciutto di Parma, soppressata picante salami, mortadella, coppa ham, fennel & garlic salami and mozzarella, mixed marinated olives, wild rocket 

 

Vegetarian Antipasti (V or VE)

Selection of grilled aubergine, grilled courgette, roasted peppers, mixed marinated olives, mozzarella, wild rocket 

(Served with baskets of rosemary and olive oil focaccia with maldon salt)

Grigliata Main Course – Served feasting style or individually plated

 

Fire roasted porchetta, belly of Sussex pork, fennel, garlic, rosemary, crackling 

Saddle of lamb, garlic, rosemary, maldon salt 

Rib of beef grilled over fire, charred shallot with beef short rib, black truffle and panko crumb (+£13pp surcharge) 

Roasted celeriac, truffle butter, BBQ mushrooms, salsa verde, hazelnut (V or VE)

Grilled aubergine, mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil, panko breadcrumbs (V or VE)

Roasted cauliflower, vegan n’duja marinade, garlic oil (VE)

 

(all served with garlic and rosemary new potatoes, heritage carrot, asparagus and tenderstem, served with roast chicken gravy (meat options only) and salsa verde.

A selection of handmade NYC style cookies with a choice of x3 flavours, our signature triple chocolate brownies served alongside a selection of berries and fruit 

Warm cookie and ice cream station (New for 2025)​

Guaranteed to impress, our handmade NYC style cookies are warmed through in our Gozney pizza ovens and served with vanilla ice cream and your choice of chocolate, pistachio or homemade caramel sauce
