FRESH PASTA MENU

 

Where it all started for us back in lockdown 2020 (Remember that?) with our founder getting up at 4am each morning to roll out fresh pasta and sauces delivered nationwide. 

Our wedding service is all about celebrating the joy of handmade fresh pasta, offering a wonderful alternative to a conventional wedding breakfast of course utilising the best Italian and British ingredients wherever possible.

Canapés - (Suggested x4 per person) 


Meat & Fish

- Crostini with Prosciutto di Parma ham, gorgonzola DOP and pear
- Skewered sausage wrapped in pancetta with sticky balsamic glaze 
- Mini choux bun filled with chicken liver parfait, topped with balsamic onion jam
- Smoked salmon blinis with horseradish and dill cream  

- King prawn lettuce cups with our signature Marie Rose sauce 
- Crostini with n'duja and burrata  

- Seared lamb skewers with roasted garlic puree and leek*

- Seared steak flatbreads topped with salsa verde*

- Chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham with roasted garlic puree*

- Crostini with vine tomato and fresh basil (VE)  
- Crostini with ricotta and roasted peppers (V)

- Wild mushroom and gorgonzola tartlets

Starters 
 

- Antipasti sharing platters for the table - A selection of cured Italian meats and salami, mini mozzarella balls, wild rocket, mixed olives + focaccia  

 

- Vine tomato bruschetta, topped grilled sourdough with fresh burrata and fresh basil pesto

- Seared, prime fillet of beef carpaccio with wild rocket, shaved parmigiano reggiano cheese and finished with aged balsamic vinegar*

 

- Sliced heritage tomato salad, topped with fresh burrata and basil finished with extra virgin olive oil 

- Smoked salmon fillet served with fresh dill, horseradish cream and capers topped with caviar

- Slow cooked beef and red wine ragu 

 

- Amatriciana with pancetta, tomato, garlic and pecorino cheese

- Shortcrust pastry tart filled with luxurious chocolate ganache and topped with amaretto cream
