One of the most iconic and delicious pasta dishes world wide - Spaghetti alla Carbonara. This dish is really sentimental to Daniel our founder as it was the first thing his mother taught him to cook as a child - Still to this day, it's an absolute favourite! Originating in Rome (where our love affair with Italian food began!) this is our twist on the classic dish combining smokey cured pork, egg yolk, grana padano cheese and plenty of black pepper to become the silkiest and rich sauce to coat our fresh spaghetti.
